Entry Guidelines
To increase your chances of being shortlisted:
- Register on our online entry platform and select the TIARA Staffing & Talent Solutions Awards US. Our awards management system allows you to save, amend, submit and pay for your entries.
- Provide testimonials, links to videos or case studies in the Supplementary Information section.
- Provide information about commercial performance and other key improvement measure.
- If you are entering multiple award categories, please adapt your entries as questions may differ.
- Please note that the $350 cost per entry includes judging feedback.

The client Service Award
- This award recognizes excellence and collaboration in delivering outstanding client solutions. It celebrates those who consistently build trust, achieve measurable results, and go above and beyond to meet client needs.
The popp Best Use of Technology & Innovation Award
- This award recognizes organizations that deliver measurable impact by solving business challenges through innovative technology solutions or creative use of existing tools.
The candidate experience Award
- This award recognizes excellence in the way candidates are sourced, managed and supported to ensure the best outcome.
The Staffing brand award
- This award recognizes the best use of a brand in a staffing company to gain a competitive edge based on measurable improvement in candidate, client, and employee engagement.
The Specialist Staffing Company of the Year
- This award recognizes market leaders in a specialist sector who can demonstrate the best growth, depth of knowledge, and differentiation from competitors.
The Growth Staffing Company of the Year
- This award recognizes a high-growth staffing business that has a track record of sustainable growth in sales, profit, headcount, and client base in context of size and stage of scale.
Talent Solutions Categories
The client Service Award
- This award recognizes excellence and collaboration in delivering outstanding client solutions. It celebrates those who consistently build trust, achieve measurable results, and go above and beyond to meet client needs.
The Best Use of Technology & Innovation Award
- This award recognizes organizations that deliver measurable impact by solving business challenges through innovative technology solutions or creative use of existing tools.
The Inclusive Recruitment Award
- This award recognizes companies who demonstrate a clear and measurable impact in supporting their clients' access to a more diverse workforce or drive higher levels of inclusion by addressing challenges such as economic inequality, access to education, training or more effective employee engagement and retention.
The Long-Term Partnership Award
- This award looks for evidence of genuine partnership over a period of at least five years. It will look at both sustained success and continuous improvement but can also include major improvement and/or turnaround scenarios.
The Contingent Workforce Solutions Provider of the Year
- This award recognises providers of contingent workforce solutions demonstrating the greatest innovation in contingent workforce sourcing and management, and the highest level of client service and supply chain engagement.
The Best Talent Attraction Strategy
- This award celebrates the most impactful talent attraction strategy, whether engaging early career talent, elevating a client’s employer brand or providing a positive candidate experience.
